HOW IT WORKS
The below diagram shows your home, the homes across the street and those homes behind yours. If you live in an apartment building you can organize by floors. Meet with the neighbors around you and fill in the street addresses, names, phone numbers and any other pertinent information you think you may need. Be aware of any special needs or talents your neighbors may have. Include children and pets. Holding a neighborhood block party/meeting to coordinate emergency plans is a great way to meet the people who live around you.
